The content here exists to present my services and work. You may not use the site in any unlawful way, disrupt its operation, or attempt unauthorised access to the systems hosting it.

Text, design, code and images on this site are mine or used with permission. Portfolio projects belong to their respective clients and are shown as examples of work only. Copying or republishing content without written permission is not allowed.

Prices listed on this site are indicative and are not a binding offer. Final price, scope and timeline are agreed in a written quote before work begins.

Work starts once a quote is accepted. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of any materials (text, images, logos) they provide.

After delivery and payment, the client receives the right to use the delivered website. I reserve the right to feature the project in my portfolio unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

This site links to third-party projects and services. I am not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

I do my best to keep the information here accurate and current, but I make no guarantee of completeness or uninterrupted availability. I am not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this site.

I may update these terms from time to time. The new version applies from the moment it is published on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion.
